Al Wade Jr. is a Missouri and Illinois Broker with Hamilton Group Real Estate, LLC.  Al attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, majoring in Social Work with an emphasis in Psychology.  He has 20 years of social work and education experience, serving in various capacities.  It is an interest in the well-being of others, and an eagerness to educate, that drives him to assist people in achieving their goals.  This keen desire to help people reach their goals allowed for a natural transition from the professions of social work and education, into the occupation of a real estate professional.  

Al has been a Realtor, in both Missouri and Illinois, since 2005.  Over the past 15 years, he has partnered with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors, to help them realize all of their real estate aspirations.  Al has worked with clients throughout the entire Bi-State region, and uses a vast knowledge of the two-state area to service clients from Wentzville, Missouri, to Troy, Illinois. When it comes to educating clients, Al is experienced in facilitating Real Estate Education Seminars with lenders and title companies.  He also provides clients with knowledge of down payment assistance resources for the “First Time Home Buyer”, as well as resources for existing homeowners, looking to upgrade or downsize. When he’s not working with clients, Al enjoys spending time with family, weight training, and traveling.
