Tanya J. Hamilton, MBA is a Realtor with Hamilton Group Realty (HGR) and has worked with the company for over 10 years. During her time with HGR, she has led the company’s marketing efforts and assisted in the daily operations of the organization. In 2018 Tanya obtained her real estate license, teaming up with Tiffany to sell real estate full-time. Ms. Hamilton is currently Chair of the Grievance Committee for the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® and serving a three-year term (2020-2023) as a member.

Additionally, Tanya has been an active part of the St. Louis community. She launched Independent Youth Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that she launched and ran from 2009-2019. The local organization empowered teens through entrepreneurship using peer-to-peer teaching methods. As the Founder and Executive Director Tanya mentored dozens of nationally recognized teen entrepreneurs through the organization, helping them grow their professional brand. The teens Ms. Hamilton worked with and appeared in various national media outlets, including ABC’s hit show Shark Tank. In this role, Tanya also worked with companies such as Facebook and Google to execute programs that empower budding entrepreneurs.

Throughout her career, Tanya has worked in marketing and business development, gaining professional experience in various industries including; professional sports, healthcare, technology, and Real Estate. Utilizing the knowledge and skills she obtained over the years, Ms. Hamilton followed her passion for working with youth to build strong, confident, educated entrepreneurs. Ms. Hamilton has a Masters of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Portland and an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC.
